Welcome to my website! I can't tell you how excited I am that you found me!
I'm not anyone special. I'm your average, middle-aged wife and mom. Nothing spectacular. No super powers.
BUT . . . I am super passionate about helping people.
A little bit more about me...
I'm pretty sure I've suffered from mild depression most of my life. I just always remember an overwhelming feeling of disappointment, kind of like "Really? Is this really all there is?" Like I was missing something that everyone else seemed to "get". About 15 years ago it seemed to get worse and I finally talked to a doctor and started taking anti-depressants. Probably one of the hardest things I've ever done but also one of the best things I've ever done. It felt like the sun finally came out from behind the clouds and there was just a little bit more joy in my world. I met my husband, got married and we had two beautiful children. However, after I had my second child, the depression worsened. It was so frustrating to not be able to feel the joy I knew I should be feeling.
One day my wonderful husband introduced me to Success magazine. I'm not trying to sell subscriptions to Success magazine but I can honestly say that reading that first issue was a life changing experience for me. Every article in it was so positive and encouraging. From there I started listening to motivational audio books in my car on my way to work and back. I noticed immediately what an incredible influence they had on me. They gave me the glimmer of hope that I so desperately needed to help pull me out of my dark depression.
From there I began learning more and more about the Law of Attraction. The short definition of the Law of Attraction is:
That which is like unto itself is drawn. ~ Abraham (Abraham-Hicks)
A little bit more detailed definition is this:
The Law of Attraction can be defined as: I attract to my life whatever I give my attention, energy, and focus to, whether positive or negative. You can use the Law of Attraction deliberately and integrate it into your daily life. By doing this, you will attract all you need to do, know, and have so you can get more of what you want and less of what you don't want. ~ From the book Law of Attraction: The Science of Attracting More of What You Want and Less of What You Don't by Michael J. Losier
In addition to learning as much as I could about the Law of Attraction and how to make it work to improve and enhance my life, I also started studying the subject of Happiness. My studies introduced me to Abraham-Hicks and the rest, as they say, is history. I had found the information I needed to change my life for the better. What I learned inspired me to start my own business as a Happiness Coach and my goal is to make the world a happier place one person at a time.
I would love to talk to you about how you can be happier. To schedule some time to talk, just click on the Let's Talk link at the top of this page and follow the steps to schedule an appointment!
Wishing you love and light!
